Job Description: Graduate Program – Underwriting (Entry Level):

Allianz Commercial is seeking recent university graduates for a 12-month Graduate Program starting in early August 2025 (employment begins mid-July 2025). This program aims to develop the next generation of insurance professionals.

Program Highlights:

Responsibilities: The associate will perform a combination of regular and project-based tasks, contributing to team and departmental success. This will involve both independent and collaborative work.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed university degree (minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred).
• Degree focus, mindset, and/or aptitude for insurance (prior internship or related experience preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.

Compensation: The starting salary is $80,000 per year, with the potential for higher pay based on factors such as experience and location.
