Renewables & Flexible Power Graduate Rotation Program – Partnership Management | ENGIE North America Inc.

The Tone:
This is a full-time graduate rotation role at ENGIE North America Inc., located in a hybrid in-office setting in Houston, TX. • Team: Partnership Management team within the Renewables & Flexible Power Global Business Unit
• Mission: Manage partner relationships and reporting obligations for a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage assets to support ENGIE’s energy transition goals.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel macros, PowerBI, data visualization tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Support the Partnership Management team in maintaining partner relationships across 11 GWs of wind, solar, and battery storage assets in the U.S. and Canada.
• Reporting & Presentations: Manage reporting obligations by preparing presentation materials to update partners on the operational and financial performance of their invested portfolios.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives designed to enhance efficiency within partnership management operations.
• Rotational Program: Participate in a comprehensive 24-month rotational program, including an international assignment in one of ENGIE’s R&F geographies to gain exposure to cross-cultural teams and operational realities.
• Skill Development: Develop technical skills in areas such as engineering, project delivery, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Digital during the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, engineering, energy, or related disciplines. This is an early-career role.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and curiosity; understanding of budgets and financial statements; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent planning, organization, and ability to navigate multicultural environments; strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player with the ability to influence others; fluency in English and a local language; strong commitment to international mobility.
• Bonus: Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools; experience interpreting contractual language.
