What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design engineering solutions for various projects.
• Inspect: Conduct and monitor site inspections.
• Collaborate: Join project and client meetings to contribute insights.
• Document: Refine technical designs and project documentation.
• Analyze: Analyze reports and specifications to guide project development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in the chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships.
• Skills: Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic problem-solving approach; proficient communication and presentation skills; resilient, solution-oriented mindset; ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport.
