Graduate Assistant for Academic Affairs
Reports to: Director of Assessment and Institutional Research (DAIR)
Supervises: N/A
Primary Function:
Academic Affairs is seeking a Graduate Assistant to primarily support the office of Assessment and Institutional Research. The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support and assist with data collection and analysis. This individual will work up to 20 hours per week while simultaneously enrolled in graduate courses at Saint Vincent College.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Saint Vincent College
Essential Duties:
- Assist the Director of Assessment and Institutional Research (DAIR) with collecting, recording, and analyzing data for the preparation of various annual reports, including:
- The annual Fact Book
- Data Profile Sheets
- NCAA graduation rate report
- Retention Report
- Surveys
- Common Data Set
- Other reports as assigned
- Assist with programming related to disability support services and special projects assigned by the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA).
Other Duties:
As assigned.
