The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee program at AES Indiana, with roles primarily located in Dayton, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a 2-year trainee program featuring rotations every six months in different areas.
• Project Leadership: Lead high-impact projects aimed at transforming the future of energy.
• Skill Development: Participate in local and global training opportunities to develop technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Leadership Exposure: Gain global exposure through interactions with senior leaders across the company and participate in an internal mentoring program.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Potentially join cross-functional projects throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Bachelor’s degree program graduation between May 2024 and December 2026 (including).
• Skills: Advanced/fluent English.
