Description: Global Support Finance Manager

As the Global Support Finance Manager at Snowflake, you will be a trusted business partner to the support organization, providing data-driven insights. This is a high-impact role requiring strong financial acumen and the ability to partner effectively with various teams. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a full P&L, forecasting revenue and expenses to align with the company’s Go-to-Market strategy, and supporting a rapidly scaling enterprise support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Global Support leaders, providing comprehensive financial support across all business areas.
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Review quantitative models to assess the financial implications of different strategies, opportunities, and partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests. Track headcount plans against forecasts (BOQ), and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as margin, revenue, cost per head, and utilization. Support monthly and quarterly business review cycles.
Planning & Budgeting: Participate in and execute the annual planning process and quarterly business reviews.
Accruals & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead analysts in preparing monthly accruals for the services organization. Collaborate with corporate FP&A, engineering, revenue, data science, and sales strategy teams.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience as a business partner to a world-class Support organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Finance and FP&A roles.
• Proficiency in Workday, Tableau, Salesforce, and Adaptive.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
Prior headcount management experience in an FP&A or sales operations role.
• Experience with consumption-based revenue forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence diverse stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $139,000 – $194,200. The role also includes eligibility for Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan, along with a competitive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k); flexible spending & health savings accounts; paid time off; parental leave; and an employee assistance program. The final salary will depend on factors like skills, experience, and location.
