Global Solutions Specialist, Talent and Culture | Kone

The Tone:
This is a permanent role at Kone, located in Espoo, Finland or Bratislava, Slovakia. Kone improves the sustainable people flow in and between buildings globally. • Location: In-person – Espoo, Finland or Bratislava, Slovakia

• Team: KONE People and Communications Operations Development function, reporting to the Talent & Culture and Learning & Development Functional Lead.
• Mission: Develops, configures, and continuously improves global Talent & Culture solutions with a focus on enhancing end-user experience.
• Tech Stack: Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent modules, modern cloud-based HR technologies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Development: Develop and configure global Talent & Culture solutions in line with Global Talent & Culture Center of Expertise requirements.
• Roadmap & Improvement: Create and maintain the solutions development roadmap for Talent & Culture, driving continuous improvement with an emphasis on end-user experience.
• System Management: Act as the technical configuration owner for Talent & Culture global solutions projects, implementing agreed changes, coordinating testing, and documenting solutions.
• Process Execution & Support: Execute, develop, test, and maintain annual Talent & Culture processes within global systems, providing global support for related cases.
• Training & Collaboration: Create and deliver process-related demonstrations and training materials, collaborating closely with other functional areas and IT stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge in modern cloud-based HR technologies and HR people processes.
• Experience: Solid experience with HR technology platforms, specifically Workday Recruiting and Talent modules, and experience working in an international environment.
• Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to facilitate trainings and create training materials, coupled with strong collaboration skills and a co-operative mindset.
