Job Description: Global Project Management & Leadership – DAST Project Management Intern (Summer 2025)

This is a full-time internship (37.5 hours/week) for the summer of 2025. The intern will provide extended support to the GYN and GU DAST (Drug and Assay Strategy Team) project management teams.

Responsibilities:

GYN DAST Support: Attending internal meetings, assisting with agendas, taking meeting notes, following up on action items, supporting the Project Manager in executing deliverables, and contributing to special projects.
GU DAST Support: Attending internal meetings, assisting with agendas, taking meeting notes, following up on action items, supporting the Project Manager in executing deliverables, and contributing to special projects.
Cross-DAST Support (as needed): Contributing to special projects across different DAST teams.
Innovation: Introducing new perspectives, innovative uses of digital tools and resources to improve work processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, pre-Med, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
Preferred: Prior corporate business experience; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
Required Skills: Flexibility and adaptability, technology/digital savviness, organization, project management skills, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must be a team player and eager to learn while contributing to team goals.
