### About the Job: Global Product Marketing Intern (Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations – PSO)
This is a project-based internship within TikTok’s Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, specifically within the Global Product Marketing team. It offers the opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience through impactful short-term projects in a fast-paced environment, helping interns develop professional skills and clarify career interests.
Team Introduction:
The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team focuses on non-commerce performance products such as lead generation and app advertising across various industry verticals. The Global Product Marketing team is seeking a curious, analytical, and execution-focused intern. The intern will work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and cross-functional partners to support key areas like go-to-market strategy, performance insights, client messaging, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with strong analytical skills who thrive in ambiguity and are eager to learn how digital ad products are launched, positioned, and optimized.
Responsibilities:
• Go-to-market support: Assist in analyzing product functionality, testing hypotheses, and refining product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives.
• Performance insights: Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers for the products.
• Market intelligence: Support competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategic decisions.
• Sales enablement: Contribute to the creation of internal and external collateral, including playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports.
• Product ops: Help improve communication processes for product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Reporting & experimentation: Develop dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface actionable insights, and recommend improvements for creative content or targeting strategies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a university or graduate program.
• Solid analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and basic data or data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated interest in product marketing, performance-driven growth, or performance advertising (e.g., through coursework, side projects, or previous internships).
• Experience working cross-functionally or in team-based projects, especially those involving ambiguity or multiple stakeholders.
• Previous internship experience in tech, advertising, consulting, or startups.
• Exposure to product-led growth, user acquisition, or digital advertising concepts.
• Possesses curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to figure things out with limited structure or hand-holding.
Commitment:
This is a project-based internship with a full-time commitment preferred (5 days/week, 12 weeks), or at least 3 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $30 – $50. Benefits may vary by employment nature and country, but interns typically receive day-one access to health insurance, life insurance, and wellbeing benefits. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns not working 100% remotely may also be eligible for a housing allowance. Benefits programs are subject to change.
