Job Description: Global Product Marketing Intern (Therapeutic Solutions Division)

Olympus is seeking a full-time intern for its Therapeutic Solutions Division (TSD) Global Product Marketing team in Westborough, MA. The internship runs from May 19th to August 1st, 2025, and involves 35-40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $25.25. Relocation assistance is not provided.

The TSD team manages the product lifecycle and marketing of medical devices used in surgical procedures. The intern will contribute to key projects related to medical devices, supporting the team’s mission to provide surgeons and medical professionals with advanced surgical technology.

Potential Projects:

• Assisting with commercial product launches, including creating 3D animations, gathering healthcare provider testimonials, and developing revenue and reporting dashboards.
• Conducting market research to identify user needs and inform the development of future product portfolios.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the supervisor, marketing team, and other Olympus teams (Field Sales, Marketing Communications, PR, and Enterprise Solutions).
• Contributing actively to meetings and discussions.
• Completing assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Health Economics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have completed the sophomore year before the internship and will graduate after its completion.
Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments.
• Basic understanding of business, economics, and marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
