About The Role

The Global Partnerships Team is dedicated to building relationships and mission-aligned partnerships with leading corporations, foundations, institutions, and tech companies. The goal is to provide significant value to Endeavor’s global community of entrepreneurs.

The Global Partnerships Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting Endeavor’s global partnerships and business development initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with the Global Partnerships team, focusing on the identification, engagement, and management of relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and ecosystem partners. These efforts are crucial for advancing Endeavor’s mission and expanding its global reach.

The Associate will also collaborate extensively across Endeavor’s international offices, contributing to the implementation of the global partnerships strategy, the execution of partner deliverables, and the successful planning and staging of major fundraising events, including Endeavor Week and Gala.

Key Responsibilities

Management and implementation of new and current partnerships (40%):
• Maintain accurate partner information, benefits tracking, and reports within Salesforce and Notion.
• Track deliverables and ensure seamless coordination of partnership benefits across Endeavor Global and its local offices.
• Support strategic relationships with key global and regional partners, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
Research and Pipeline support (40%):
• Identify and research high-potential partners, with a particular focus on new strategic tech and AI companies.
• Prepare outreach strategies, including refining the value proposition for various partner personas.
• Contribute to identifying and shaping new partnership opportunities aligned with Endeavor’s priorities.
• Support the preparation and updating of proposals, outreach materials, and presentations.
Strategic Events Support (20%):
• Prepare partner materials for events.
• Track and document partner visibility, deliverables, and outcomes for reporting and stewardship purposes.
• Assist with the execution of Endeavor’s key events, such as the Gala, ISPs, Global Gatherings, and Partnerships Retreat.

Who You Are

Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an analyst and/or in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or related fields (internships or fellowships are accepted).
AI Proficiency: Possesses AI proficiency and curiosity, with the ability to assess and adopt new technologies, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency through modern tools.
Mission Alignment: Demonstrates a strong commitment to Endeavor’s mission and a solid understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Analytical Skills: Is analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to conduct independent research and extract actionable insights from data.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce and Notion is a plus.
Project Management Guru: Must be a capable project manager who can effectively plan timelines, understand dependencies, and manage budgets for programs.
Collaborator: Expected to build and maintain close relationships with numerous internal stakeholders, including the MarComm, Events, EX, Insights, and Hubs teams.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Thrives on bringing order out of chaos, capable of identifying priorities without being flustered by last-minute changes.

Position Details

Start Date: Q1 2026
Location: Hybrid, based in New York City (candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States).
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000
Benefits: Includes medical healthcare coverage and a 401(k) plan.
