The Global Operations Early Talent program encompasses a variety of unique pathways to learn and gain meaningful work experience while growing your expertise.
Job Description:
This is a 10-week summer internship program designed to provide undergraduate students with an overview of Wells Fargo and its operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The internship includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback, and learning sessions with key leaders. Successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time Analyst Program.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in formal early talent program and workshop initiatives.
• Review assignments and become familiar with policies and procedures.
• Receive direction from managers and exercise independent judgment.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues.
• Take part in team projects to learn about Wells Fargo businesses.
• Utilize Microsoft products for communication, data gathering, and organizing priorities.
• Develop partnerships, consulting, regulatory focus, risk assessment, data analytics, and other competencies.
• Engage in experiential learning on fundamentals of financial services.
• Contribute to process improvement, process enhancement, and automation projects.
• Partner with Operations teams on daily functions and responsibilities.
• Take part in non-business-related stretch assignments (DE&I, employee engagement, community service).
• Maintain contact with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Create presentations and visuals to document business requirements.
• Complete assigned projects/tasks and prepare for relevant industry certifications.

• Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation in December 2026 – May/June 2027
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
• Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry
• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in manipulating data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data insights
• BA/BS degree with an interest in any of the following: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Computer Science, Management and Risk Management or related business field
• Data analytics, including experience in SQL, PowerBI, JIRA, SharePoint, and/or Tableau
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Program Date: Summer 2026
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $65.00 (depending on experience, skills, and location)
