This is an exceptional Internship Program within Colgate-Palmolive’s Global Information Technology (GIT) organization.

Job Type: Fall Internship (Paid, Hybrid Program)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States (No Relocation Assistance Offered) – Must be available to work in the Piscataway, NJ office location throughout the entire internship.
Start Date: September
Duration: 3-month commitment (September-December), with potential for extension if eligible.
Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours/week during the fall semester.

Role Overview:
The intern will join the GIT team to help lead strategic transformation projects, shaping critical programs with innovative strategies and robust frameworks. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional IT teams and Senior IT Leadership. The intern will also drive project management for GIT initiatives, championing continuous improvement and aiming to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing project roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment of strategic goals with IT initiatives.
• Contribute to establishing governance frameworks and clearly defining roles and responsibilities within the program.
• Help monitor project progress, track performance, and support reporting updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to address challenges.
• Serve as a point of communication to facilitate collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in evaluating project performance, documenting lessons learned, and suggesting opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a college or university.
Graduation Date: December 2025 or later.
Majors: Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Authorization: Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, not requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
GPA: A minimum GPA of 2.8.
Experience: Must have experience with Program/Project Management.
Skills:
• Communicates effectively with a positive, professional manner.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Previous experience with process mapping and conflict resolution is a plus.
Availability: Must be available to work 15 hours/week during the fall semester and come into the Piscataway, NJ office location throughout the entire internship (September-December commitment).

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $23.00 – $32.50 USD per hour. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
