About the Role
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bio-Rad’s future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for leading a global team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s talent needs
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals
• Identify, attract, and hire top talent in a competitive market
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry partners, and professional organizations
• Develop and implement talent assessment and selection processes
• Track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition
• Collaborate with other HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a global environment
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and emerging trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment
