The Tone:
This is a full-time leadership role at ThyssenKrupp’s tk accelis Supply Chain Solutions, with flexibility to choose a primary office location within Europe. tk accelis provides integrated material supply chain management services to the world’s leading aerospace companies, operating across the Americas, Europe, North Africa, and Asia Pacific. This pivotal role involves building and leading a global, enterprise-wide data capability, transforming data into a strategic asset that enables smarter decisions, automation, innovation, and sustainable growth across the organization’s extensive global supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Define and execute the global Data & AI strategy, driving comprehensive business transformation across the entire organization.
• Governance: Establish enterprise-wide data governance, including ownership models, clear standards, and robust accountability frameworks.
• Management: Lead critical master data management and data quality initiatives to consistently create and maintain a trusted, single source of truth for the company.
• Platform: Build and scale a modern cloud-based data platform designed to robustly support advanced analytics, digital products, and cutting-edge AI capabilities.
• Enablement: Enable widespread AI adoption throughout the organization through innovative data solutions, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and the development of next-generation business processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven leadership experience at an executive level in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or other closely related disciplines.
• Experience: A strong track record of successfully building or transforming enterprise-wide data capabilities within complex, international organizations, coupled with experience in cloud-native data platforms and scalable enterprise technology environments.
• Skills: Deep expertise in data governance, master data management, data quality, modern data architectures, and strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively across diverse functions and geographies.
• Bonus: A strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused leader who thrives in transformational environments and consistently drives measurable business impact.
