Job Description
KPMG is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Why KPMG Ambassador. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as promoting the KPMG brand to potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting process and a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Promote the KPMG brand to potential candidates
• Manage relationships with universities and other recruiting partners
• Conduct on-campus recruiting events and presentations
• Evaluate and select candidates for job openings
• Provide onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Track and report on recruiting metrics
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process
• Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Travel required
