Job Description
Global Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) Operations Analyst
The Global Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) Operations Analyst plays a critical role in the CoE, contributing to Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) implementation and execution. They bridge the gap between users and CoE Leadership, conveying needs and feedback while ensuring transparency and alignment. They collaborate closely with users from various functional areas, including Commercial, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics where they are responsible for influencing platform adoption and COE governance. This position assists with technical problem-solving, process improvement, and change management communication and training.
Primary Responsibilities
Administration
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach in the CLM platform (Icertis) and contracting processes.
• Attend bi-weekly CoE leadership meetings providing guidance and knowledge, status updates, and input on project plans or user trends.
• Troubleshoot CLM platform (Icertis) issues providing solutions and recognizing enhancement opportunities.
• Lead or assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide operational support for various CLM onboarding or data improvement initiatives.
• Work directly with Eastman / Icertis Admin Service developers, IT, CoE, and to execute on key initiatives, E&E process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Engage with internal leaders to identify data and analytical needs. Execute needs into reports and dashboards, looking for standardization and scalability.
• Collaborate with CoE leadership on contracting strategies to close identified data quality or operational process gaps.
• CAS audit request management.
• Execute on ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders and commercial leadership.
Training
• Development of materials and implementation of training for users on CLM process and platform (Icertis).
• Assist and develop change management programs and detailed implementation plans to support new and/or improved systems and processes.
• Collaborate with identified business and functional Power Users for Icertis content development and process execution.
• Use multiple methods for raising user capability (deep dive training, office hours, Topic of the Month, formal training, virtual learning, lunch and learns, etc…).
• Provide oversight to CLM SharePoint sites enabling consistent and updated user training materials.
• Participate in the communication of change management protocols to the key contracting user groups as it relates to future releases and enhancements.
Growth
• Develop cross-functional understanding of contracting best-practices and provide recommendations to CoE LT for potential process or technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team and IT to improve/develop contracting tools, metrics, and system designs.
• Research and network externally to understand potential capabilities, best practices in use and adoption and potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and COE to prioritize enhancements along with small/large projects in Icertis Portfolio.
• Assist in evaluation of current and new system tools and applications.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience within CLM or other related cloud-based systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Experience working in an internal or external facing service environment.
• Data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications that can be used for development and break down technical complexities so that they can be easily understood.

• High level of aptitude with SaaS applications and mobile/computer devices; Ability to learn Icertis (and other key systems) technology platforms and specific tasks required for administration, maintenance, and development.
