This General Manager role is critical for leading store teams, driving profitability, and creating exceptional guest experiences, thereby ensuring overall operational success and impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate a Guest-Obsessed Team: Recruit, train, and mentor up to 45 team members, providing continuous feedback and coaching to foster a positive, engaging, and guest-obsessed culture for exceptional interactions.
• Optimize Store Performance: Execute detailed operational plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals, actively analyzing sales, margin, and labor reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive Marketing & Financials: Operationalize marketing strategies to boost food sales and promotions while monitoring inventory, cash handling, and store expenses to optimize financial results.
• Uphold Food & Safety Standards: Lead by example in maintaining good safety and sanitation standards, conducting regular quality checks, and training the team on food handling, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage Store Operations: Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing, proactively addressing maintenance needs, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing scheduling and payroll for proper staffing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed, focused on retail, food service, or restaurant management.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills; ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• Bonus: Experience in a high-volume management setting is preferred.
