• Mission: This role owns all dispensary activities related to the customer journey, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team member experience to promote well-being through the power of cannabis.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations, while driving revenue and profit.
• Customer Experience: Coach Leaders and Team Members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store and omni-channel customer experiences, focusing on loyalty goals and customer retention.
• Team Leadership: Build and retain a high-performing team by selecting the best talent, providing effective onboarding, training, and development, and inspiring engagement through coaching and recognition.
• Financial and Inventory Management: Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, cash handling protocols, daily reconciliation, and Seed to Sale compliance, aligned with store budgets.
• Community Engagement: Serve as a liaison to the local community, supporting outreach events and initiatives as an ambassador for lasting social change.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience. Career level: Manager. Core domain knowledge in retail setting leadership and business operations.
• Experience: At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations. Required inventory control experience.
• Skills: Proactive, strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills, high level of critical thinking, ability to resolve conflict, handle complaints, and settle disputes.
• Bonus: Cannabis industry experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.
