The TL;DR

• Pay: $70000–$75000 yearly
• Mission: Solve the problem of inconsistent restaurant operations and team performance to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to foster a positive culture and high team morale, encouraging all team members to strive for excellence.
• Operations Management: Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Team Development: Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members, while also conducting performance reviews.
• Financial Management: Manage profitability by driving sales growth, controlling costs, and utilizing performance metrics to develop action plans for improvement.
• Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with all Zaxby’s and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures, while maintaining accurate and current records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years management experience required.
• Skills: Leadership, organizational skills, ability to interact cooperatively with others, Food Safety Certification, Manager Certification.
• Bonus: Some college preferred, restaurant management experience preferred.
