The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards, fostering team development, and driving profitability to meet company goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to foster a positive culture and maintain high team morale, serving as an example and role model.
• Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent upholding of service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Talent Management: Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, recognizing, training, and developing team members, holding them accountable for performance.
• Financial Management: Manage profitability by driving sales growth, controlling costs and losses, creating effective work schedules, and reviewing performance metrics to develop action plans.
• Compliance & Experience: Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures, complete all required training, and strive to increase sales by building community relationships and delivering great guest experiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager with a high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of management experience is required. Restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, ability to interact cooperatively with others, open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week, including a flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bonus: Some college preferred, restaurant management experience preferred.
