• Team: Leads and develops a restaurant team, reporting to a supervisor.
• Mission: Oversees daily restaurant operations, focusing on team development, sales growth, cost management, and consistent operational standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Develop Team: Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers, providing ongoing training, coaching, and development.
• Drive Profitability: Control costs and losses, manage sales growth, and develop action plans to enhance profitability and the guest experience.
• Cultivate Culture: Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale by providing guidance and leadership, serving as a role model for the team.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with Zaxby’s company guidelines, policies, procedures, and all federal, state, and local laws.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial with a high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of management experience is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Bonus: Restaurant management experience is preferred.
