Job Description, Detailed

This is a General Business Internship at LiveSwitch, seeking smart and ambitious individuals to drive business initiatives within a fast-growing technology company.

Role and Responsibilities:
Interns will serve as the “CEO” of various LiveSwitch initiatives, taking 100% ownership of projects and areas of significance from start to finish. The responsibilities are diverse and may include:
• Developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Generating and editing compelling content for various platforms (social media, websites).
• Engaging in enterprise sales, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Securing impactful media placements and identifying partnership opportunities.
• Conducting product testing and client focus groups.
• Collaborating across teams to amplify customer success and industry insights.
• Identifying and building relationships with key influencers, brand advocates, and partners.
• Assisting with various other business-related initiatives.
Job responsibilities may change and expand based on business needs.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program.
• A minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.8+.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and cooperative leadership skills.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort meeting and exceeding individual goals, such as daily outreach targets (e.g., media placements, podcast bookings, lead generation for sales).
• An entrepreneurial ethos with a drive for measurable success.

Compensation and Work Environment:
• All internship positions are in-office.
• Hours will be scheduled by your direct manager.
• The role is paid at an hourly rate of $20.
• Goals are an integral part of LiveSwitch’s culture; interns are expected to set and meet their goals.
