The Tone:

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world, confronting the urgent problem of impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse that spread rapidly online. The company has developed a unique agentic AI platform designed to proactively detect, monitor, and take down impersonators, automating robust protection in hours rather than weeks. Built by a team with experience from Palantir, as CTO/founders, and from Notion, Outtake emphasizes clarity, autonomy, and velocity in its operations. The goal is an ambitious one: to become the foundational trust layer of the modern internet. What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Impact: Apply exceptional skills and expertise to critical company challenges, directly contributing to Outtake’s mission of becoming the trust layer of the internet.
• Build Solutions: Develop and enhance the agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators and fraudulent activities.
• Advance Technology: Work with a lean, dense team to achieve high velocity and clarity in bringing new protective features and capabilities to market.
• Confront Threats: Address complex problems related to the rapid spread of impersonation, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse in a digital-first world.
• Foster Trust: Contribute to creating a secure digital environment by automating protection and facilitating trust for users and organizations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A professional demonstrating sharp intellect, strong initiative, and a profound understanding of relevant technical or operational domains.
• Experience: Proven track record of high-impact contributions, ideally from environments that foster clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Candidates from backgrounds similar to ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, or ex-Notion engineers are indicative of the caliber sought.
• Skills: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems, a strong desire to build advanced AI security solutions, and a clear articulation of how their specific strengths can significantly advance Outtake’s mission to become the internet’s trust layer.
