What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions to individual students through the Live Learning Platform.
• Instruct students on GED Mathematical Reasoning content, including basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data analysis, and quantitative problem solving.
• Teach strategic test-taking approaches, TI-30XS calculator usage, and systematic problem-solving methods specifically for the GED Math test.
• Adapt instructional techniques and curriculum awareness to meet the diverse learning needs of adult students and address common mathematical challenges.
• Utilize the AI-Powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Advanced knowledge of GED Mathematical Reasoning content and a deep understanding of its standards and common challenges.
• Experience: Proficiency in preparing adult learners to achieve passing scores on the GED Math section through adaptive and personalized instruction.
• Skills:
• Mastery of GED Mathematical Reasoning content, including algebraic equations, geometric formulas, and statistical reasoning.
• Ability to teach strategic test-taking, calculator usage, and problem interpretation for the GED Math test.
• Aptitude for adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs and explaining concepts using multiple approaches.
• Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style, fostering mathematical confidence in adult learners.
