What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare and manage end-to-end conference workflows, including target lists, scheduling, and follow-up tracking.
• Build and maintain comprehensive databases of investors, partners, lenders, and gaming companies.
• Conduct detailed market, company, and transaction research across gaming, fintech, credit, and private markets.
• Develop and update presentations, internal memos, financial models, and investment tracking tools.
• Coordinate internal workflows, ensuring deadlines, tasks, documentation, and reporting remain structured and transparent.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in investment operations, strategic execution, and data-driven analysis.
• Experience: 2-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or analytical/business operations roles.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong research skills, ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear deliverables, and excellent attention to detail.
• Bonus: Interest in gaming, private markets, fintech, or venture ecosystems.
