Job Description: Full-Time, Busy-Season Internship – Spring 2025
This internship offers accounting students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Interns are treated as associates on engagements, providing valuable insights into a career in public accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tax Internship:
• In-depth training on tax processes, procedures, and technology.
• Collaboration with professionals from all levels, gaining diverse skills and expertise.
• Working on various tax assignments, including preparing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.
• Networking opportunities to build connections within the firm.
• Audit Internship:
• Working with seniors and managers on client engagements across different industries.
• Gaining practical experience in various aspects of the audit process, including planning, testing, and reporting.
• Participating in ad-hoc projects for the department.
• Travel to client sites for hands-on experience.
• Building strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Receiving constructive feedback from seniors and managers to enhance performance.
• Connecting with an Intern Buddy for mentorship and guidance.
• Networking with firm staff and fellow interns.
• Asking questions and actively growing professionally to prepare for a public accounting career.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Specific Requirements:
• Pursuing an accounting degree.
• Valid driver’s license (Audit Only).
• Ability to travel to client sites (Audit Only).
