Responsibilities

  • Perform a diverse range of handyman tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with team members and clients regarding project status and any potential issues.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on every job site.
  • Assist in accurately estimating project costs and the materials required.
  • Continuously improve and enhance skills through available training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handyman services or a closely related field.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
  • Solid knowledge of safety protocols and best practices within the home improvement industry.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends as project demands.
  • A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving challenges.

Compensation

$2,500.00 per month
