About The Role

As an Artisan, you will be a crucial part of Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte, contributing your expertise to a variety of home repair and improvement projects. The role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a team environment while also demonstrating strong independent work ethic. You will be responsible for a wide range of handyman tasks and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse handyman tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and consistently meet established deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Effectively communicate project status and details with both team members and clients.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during all work activities.
• Assist in estimating project costs and necessary materials.
• Actively pursue continuous skill improvement through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman services or a closely related field.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and best practices within the home improvement industry.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and methods.
