What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Build a strong foundation for your career through a 24-month rotational leadership development experience, gaining broad exposure across the U.S. Consumer Cards business.
• Contribute: Work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to strategic initiatives and help deliver innovative solutions that respond to changing customer needs and market trends.
• Experience: Gain exposure across a variety of business groups, including Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, Chief Operating Office (COO), Analytics & Pricing, and Risk.
• Skill-Build: Develop leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic and evolving industry.
• Rotate: Engage in functional opportunities such as Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk & Controls, and Analytics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Obtaining an undergraduate degree, with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Maintained a GPA of 3.3 and above, and possess U.S. Work Authorization.
• Skills: Analytical, Strategic Thinker, Effective Communicator, Organized, Detail-Oriented.
