A Day In The Life

• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and making their shopping experience positive.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately as a Cashier.
• Assist customers with inquiries and support their needs as a Customer Service Associate.
• Provide support at the front end, assisting with bagging and other services as a Courtesy Clerk.
• Be a friendly and welcoming face, guiding customers through their visit.
• Learn and grow through continuous on-the-job and online training.

Compensation

Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and will vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

• Cashier: $17.38 – $25.15 per hour
• Customer Service Associate: $17.38 – $25.15 per hour
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $17.38 – $21.66 per hour

For positions within the City of Seattle Labor Agreements, starting hourly rates begin at $18.94/hour.
