What You’ll Actually Do

• Operational Roles: Take on responsibilities within roles such as Courtesy Clerk, Customer Service Associate, or Cashier, performing duties accurately and efficiently.
• Team Support: Provide assistance to fellow associates, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Positive Engagement: Actively contribute to making others smile and spreading cheer, enhancing the overall customer and associate experience.
