What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with Seniors Housing property-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary outlining key performance drivers.
• Operational Support: Support operational analysis to drive improved property-level outcomes across core business verticals.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with and support Quarterly Non-GAAP disclosure, generation, and review.
• Financial Modeling & Review: Create and maintain updated financial models, while also reviewing property, operator, and portfolio financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Skills: Financial modeling, variance analysis, financial statement review, data analysis.
• Bonus: An MBA or CPA is preferred.
