The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mirion Technologies, located in Atlanta, GA. Mirion Medical’s RTQA division focuses on medical technology, and this role directly supports its financial planning and analysis. The FP&A Analyst provides crucial financial insights to commercial, operations, and business leaders. This position is vital for driving strategic decision-making and enhancing operational performance within the division.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the monthly financial close and reporting process for the RTQA Division.
• Analyze: Examine revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop: Contribute to the creation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Collaborate: Partner with Sales, Operations, and other functional teams to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Report: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations for Division and Medical segment leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Onestream, Microsoft D365, and Visual ERP.
