The Tone:
This is a full-time, founding General Manager role for a brand-new Bermuda Club location. Bunker Capital Group is establishing a new private club and seeks the individual who will be instrumental in shaping its identity and operations from the very beginning. This role is critical as it involves not just managing, but truly defining the club’s culture and operational excellence in Bermuda. The company provides a strong operational foundation, and this role is about executing that foundation with commitment while also contributing to its ongoing evolution.

• Mission: To establish, define, and ensure the daily operational excellence of a new Bermuda Club location, leveraging proven systems while also contributing to their refinement and growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundation Building: Define the foundational identity, operational procedures, and overall culture of the brand-new Bermuda Club from its initial launch.
• Playbook Implementation: Execute the proven operational systems, clear standards, and established playbook from the flagship Carlsbad location with strong conviction.
• Standard Maintenance: Consistently uphold and enforce the highest operational and service standards on a daily basis across all club activities.
• Process Evolution: Actively contribute to sharpening and refining the existing operational playbook by providing valuable insights and feedback as the club matures.
• Strategic Leadership: Function as a founding General Manager, translating company vision into tangible operations and ensuring the club’s success from day one.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Manager. Core domain knowledge in club management or a similar high-service hospitality environment. Understanding of establishing and maintaining operational excellence.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully launching new locations or departments, and rigorously applying established operational frameworks. Experience in fostering a culture of high standards.
• Skills:

• Playbook Execution: Strong capability to implement and adhere to proven operational systems and standards with precision and dedication.
