About Company and Job Description:
Veach AI is building next-generation infrastructure for how private equity and venture capital firms manage diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising operations. They aim to replace fragmented, manual, and costly workflows with an integrated platform, especially in regulated, high-signal sectors like life sciences.
They are currently assembling their founding engineering team to build the MVP of the platform. Investor interest is active, and the project scope has been defined. This is an equity-only, pre-product opportunity to build something with long-term institutional weight.
Hiring: Founding Engineers (Internship, Part-Time, or Full-Time)
Location: Remote / NYC Preferred

Job Summary:
Veach AI is seeking engineers and data scientists with strong execution capability and deep interest in applied infrastructure to contribute to the MVP build (June-August).
Immediate Build Needs and Roles:
• Frontend Engineer:
• Build a React/TypeScript dashboard.
• Focus on real-time scoring UI, charting, and report visualization.
• Backend Engineer:
• FastAPI microservices, Docker pipelines, DevOps + auth layer.
• Support audit trails, orchestration logic, and secure data ingest.
• Full-Stack Engineer:
• GraphQL layer, export tooling (PDF/PPT), schema contracting.
• Enable seamless UI/API delivery with data-first design.
• AI / ML Engineer:
• Model training (e.g., LightGBM → Temporal Fusion Transformer).
• SHAP explainability, vector store integration, scoring logic.
• Data Scientist:
• Feature engineering, KPI drift detection, scoring calibration.
• Support A/B evaluations, user feedback loop integration.
• Security Engineer:
• Blockchain/information security specialist.
• Help design the hash-chain audit layer (optional/fractional).
Ideal Profile:
• Hands-on builders who can take ownership of a component end-to-end.
• Open to interns (40 hrs/week), graduate students, or fractional engineers.
• Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and fast iteration.
• Interest in capital markets, financial modeling, healthcare/biotech, or private equity workflows a plus.
• Bonus: experience in React, Python, FastAPI, Docker, LightGBM, vector DBs, or GraphQL
