Flowbee is an AI Co-Creator designed for LinkedIn, aiming to empower CXOs, founders, and company leaders in building a strong personal brand. The platform helps users elevate their thoughts with research, insights, and stories to create authentic and insightful LinkedIn posts. Flowbee is incubated within Change Engine, a startup accelerator led by Varun Aggarwal (100M exit from Aspiring Minds), Shailendra Jha (Ex MakeMyTrip, Spinny), and Shubham Bansal (YC, IIT Delhi).
Job Description: Founder’s Office Intern
This is an exciting opportunity to join Flowbee as a Founder’s Office Intern and play a critical role in getting the product into the hands of users. As an early-stage company, this internship offers exponential growth potential in a short timeframe. The role is based in Gurgaon, for a duration of 3 months, with a stipend of 18-20k.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the founders to execute the go-to-market strategy.
• Reach out to potential customers by sourcing leads, engaging prospects, and managing follow-ups.
• Set up marketing pipelines, including content strategy and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with tech and design teams to implement marketing initiatives.
• Drive website updates, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain technical, non-technical, and marketing documentation to ensure clear team communication.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach new problems using first principles.
• Experience running advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of code and technical concepts (ability to “vibe” code).
• Action-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning and completing tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
• Skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in Content Creation and Social Media Management.
• Strong Organizational and Administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Passion for AI and technology.
• Experience in startups or tech companies is a plus.
• Basic Coding experience (Good to have).
