Role: Founders Associate Intern
Employment Type: Experience-Based Internship, Part-Time
Duration: 8 Weeks
Start Date: Immediate

This is a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” opportunity for a committed, driven individual to work directly with founder Rahdeera. It is not a traditional internship but rather a chance to join at the very beginning of a startup as it moves from concept to reality. The core focus will be on validating the idea, testing demand, and contributing to the foundational build of the company.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a doer, eager to gain startup experience, willing to wear many hats, capable of problem-solving, and ready to play a key role in helping the vision serve its target audience.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Organization and Delegation: Organizing tasks and assisting in delegating core responsibilities within the team.
• Research & Community Building: Conducting research, initiating outreach efforts, and contributing to early community building for STARRAWAY.
• Capital Raising Support: Assisting in efforts related to raising capital for the company.
• Networking: Actively working to make strong connections with potential investors, beauty brand partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Demand Validation: Supporting activities aimed at validating market demand and conducting user discovery to refine the product offering.
• Strategy & Planning: Contributing to marketing initiatives, overall business planning, and strategic thinking for the nascent company.
