Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Program (F-HRLDP) Internship

This internship is a 10-12 week program designed to develop future HR leaders. Participants will work on a project-based assignment, gaining experience in one of the following core HR areas:

Talent Acquisition
Employee and Labor Relations
Learning Design and Operations
Talent Mobility
HR Knowledge Management
Compensation Administration

Interns will be considered for hire into the full-time F-HRLDP program after the completion of the internship, based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree with a focus in Business, HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, or related disciplines. Graduation date between December 2025 – July 2026.
Experience: 6-12 months of professional work experience (including internships and relevant student involvement) is preferred, but not required. Previous HR experience is a plus.

Authorization to work in the United States: Required (no sponsorship provided).
Geographic Mobility: Required for internship, rotations, and final placement in the full-time program.
Fluency: In English is required. Fluency in a second language is preferred for US-based internships, and fluency in the local language is required for international internships.
Location: Positions are likely to be based in either New Jersey or Florida.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Base Pay: $22.75/hour – $40.00/hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.
Bonuses: Eligible for sign-on and/or early incentive bonuses.
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay.
Medical Benefits: May be eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits.
Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per calendar year, or 56 hours in Washington state.
Retirement Plan: May be eligible to participate in the company’s retirement plan.
Severance: Not eligible for severance at the end of the internship.
