Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items strictly following provided recipes.
• Process raw foodstuffs in preparation for final cooking.
• Adhere to the guidance and instructions of the Culinary Lead at all times.
• Maintain continuous coordination and communication with the kitchen team.
• Cook and assemble all menu items according to specified standards.
• Organize and stock the kitchen area efficiently.
• Clean and maintain cooking utensils to ensure hygiene and readiness.
• Interact with scholars and teachers as necessary to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure all service areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Report any workplace problems or issues to the Culinary Lead promptly.
