What You’ll Actually Do
• Food & Beverage Service: Take guest orders, deliver food and beverage items, and clear items from tables efficiently.
• Station Management: Ensure your assigned station is properly set up and maintained as clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Guest Satisfaction: Greet guests courteously, explain daily specials and promotions, and continuously monitor their satisfaction during their meal.
• Order Accuracy & Sales: Accurately input orders into the POS system, confirm retrieved orders from the kitchen before delivery, and actively promote items to enhance the guest experience.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as restaurant policies, regarding serving alcoholic beverages, and practice safety and sanitation policies.
