Job Description
Food & Beverage Analyst Intern
• Monitor revenue and loss prevention
• Draft daily financial and forecast reports for the Food & Beverage Management Team
• Work closely with Finance, Revenue & Accounting, and Loss Prevention Teams
• Ensure company assets are protected and proper protocol is followed
Food Safety & Sanitation Auditing Intern
• Gain knowledge of state, local and company guidelines regarding restaurant safety and sanitation requirements
• Complete safety and sanitation inspections on all food locations
• Compile reports for management and company executives
• Work closely with management to determine critical control points and complete corrective actions for violations
• Assist in instructing divisional training classes, including orientation and POS training
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be attending an accredited college or university within the United States
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test
• Ability to pass a background check
