Fleet & Facilities Coordinator | Aardvark Studios
The Tone:
This is a hands-on, full-time operational role at Aardvark Studios. The company specializes in designing and fabricating custom experiential marketing vehicles, environments, and mobile tours for major brands. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the fleet, facilities, and warehouse, directly supporting the project teams in delivering unique client work. What You’ll Actually Do
• Material Management: Receive, organize, stage, and distribute materials essential for upcoming projects.
• Vehicle Operation: Drive company vans, box trucks, and promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Maintenance Coordination: Arrange routine maintenance and repairs for the company’s vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and perform light facility maintenance and repairs.
• Operational Support: Assist project teams with organizing, loading/unloading, and ensuring projects are ready for deployment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced individual with a hands-on approach, ideally from operations, warehouse, facilities, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, transportation, fleet management, equipment rental, or public works.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort driving company vans and 20′-26′ box trucks; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Skills: Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds, comfort using computers/mobile apps, and capable of diagnosing basic mechanical issues for vendor coordination.
• Bonus: Forklift experience is a plus, and a natural curiosity for how things work, often demonstrated through personal projects.
