Job Description: FITT Development Program (FDP) for IT

Dentsply Sirona offers a three-month paid internship within their FITT Development Program (FDP) specifically designed for future IT business leaders. This program provides in-depth training and a thorough onboarding process, including mentorship with ongoing coaching and feedback. Interns will participate in an event series to learn about Dentsply Sirona, various departments (Finance, IT), transformation projects, and the overall business, alongside social activities. The internship culminates in a presentation of accomplishments to senior finance leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation in May 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data analytics experience (preferred).
• Project management skills or exposure (preferred).
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
