Job Description, Detailed

This is for an upcoming Fall Internship Program beginning January 2026 for the role of a Financial Representative Intern. The internship program closely mirrors the responsibilities of a full-time Financial Representative.

Core Responsibilities:
• Build a client base through prospecting and networking activities.
• Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their financial objectives.
• Prepare financial plans and provide relevant recommendations.

Learning & Development Opportunities:
• Gain exposure to various financial planning software platforms.
• Obtain your Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
• Support for obtaining Life Insurance, SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses (eligibility required).
• Professional development assistance.

Schedule & Flexibility:
• Offers a flexible schedule designed to accommodate the intern’s academic commitments and personal life.
• Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift.
• The company will work with your school and current job schedule.

Career Progression:
• Eligible interns who show interest have the opportunity to interview for a full-time Financial Representative role upon graduation.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Ranges from $1,000.00 to $5,000.00 per month.
Compensation Structure: Primarily commission pay from products and services.
Bonuses: Includes weekly incentives of up to $250 and productivity bonuses.

Location & Work Environment:
Work Location: Hybrid model (combination of in-office and remote work).
