Responsibilities
- Create customized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique life stage, professional circumstances, and evolving financial needs.
- Gather and thoroughly assess client financial information, including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and other wealth management factors.
- Provide strategic recommendations on products, plans, investments, and various methods to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients, actively seeking, identifying, and establishing prospects.
- Operate as a structured yet coachable team player, embracing continuous education and training from colleagues.
Desired Skills and Experience (Qualifications)
- Essential: Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, and roles such as personal financial advisor or financial planner.
- Strongly Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Exemplary math skills, strong communication skills, and excellent relationship-building skills to provide superb customer service to both current and new clients.
- A Plus (Though Not Required): Valid FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.

$75,000 – $105,000 at plan
