This role is crucial for an early-career professional to support core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, gaining exposure to business partnerships and strategic finance within a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist in monthly financial close processes and reporting.
• Forecasting: Support the company’s forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Analysis: Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key financial trends.
• Modeling: Maintain and update financial models and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards.
• Decision Support: Compile data for management and board reporting, performing ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, comfort working with data, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Internship or experience in fintech or startups, exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools, familiarity with financial statements and KPIs.
