What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide essential support for key financial and operational processes.
• Data Management: Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting: Assist with the preparation and compilation of various financial reports.
• Transactions: Support the processing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Documentation: Aid in the creation and maintenance of process documentation for operational procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related Business field.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships; internship or prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work efficiently with data and meet deadlines.
