Finance Co-op – US – Fall 2027 | GE Aerospace

The Tone:
This is a co-op position at GE Aerospace, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Completion: Complete a 10-week project focused on one of GE’s core finance competencies, including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Coursework Engagement: Complete two parallel courses specifically designed to enhance communication skills in business and data analysis tools for workplace application.
• Leadership Interaction: Work alongside and present your project findings to senior leaders who will serve as coaches and mentors throughout your assignments.
• Cultural Contribution: Actively uphold GE’s values by participating in the company’s inclusive culture and engaging with the communities it serves.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Full-time matriculated bachelor program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Data or Business Analytics, or Mathematics, with a graduation date between August 2028 and May/June 2030.
• Experience: Minimum 3.0 cumulative and in-major GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, effective decision-making, analytical-minded problem-solving, and the ability to contribute constructively and with candor.
• Bonus: Understanding of business concepts and strategy, prior intern or co-op experience in finance, relevant business/accounting or analytical coursework, knowledge of Lean Methodology, multiple language skills, and geographic mobility.
