What You’ll Actually Do
• Fiscal Projections: Research current and historical revenues and expenditures to identify trends and prepare accurate fiscal projections.
• Budget Estimation: Analyze debt, fiscal liabilities, and operational costs to prepare comprehensive budget estimates.
• Rate Formulation: Formulate rate structures and calculate various fees for departmental programs and services.
• Financial Auditing: Audit financial documents to ensure accuracy, proper account allocation, and compliance with contract and funding guidelines, reconciling accounts as needed.
• Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to staff in operating departments for the preparation of budget estimates for corporate, grant-funded programs, and equipment purchases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field.
• Experience: One (1) year of work experience in the analysis of financial records.
• Skills: Financial analysis, fiscal projection, budget estimation, financial auditing, and report preparation.
